1. Eligibility
   The Caribu Summer Collection Giveaway March 2026 is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Petstock Group, their families, and any associated organisations are excluded from entry.

2. Acceptance of Terms
   Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entry not in compliance with these terms is invalid.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   o Follow Caribu Horse Wear Australia on Instagram
   o Like the competition post
   o Tag a friend in the comments of the post
   There is no limit to the number of entries; participants may enter as many times as they wish.

4. Promotion Period
   The competition begins at 9:00 AM AEDT on Saturday, 7th March 2026, and closes at 10:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 16th March 2026.

5. Prizes
   o One winner will be chosen from Instagram
   o The winner will receive EITHER one; Caribu Combo Wool Horse Rug OR Caribu Navis Flag Combo Horse Rug Navy & Red OR Caribu Euro Mesh Combo Horse Rug Violet & Lilac, in the size of their choice.
   o The winner will also receive; A Caribu Standard Dressage Horse Saddle Pad AND a pair of Caribu Tendon Horse Boots with Stud Fixings AND a pair of Caribu Fleece-Lined Bell Horse Boots, in the size and colour option of their choice.
   o Entrants are not guaranteed a prize.
   Winners will be selected by the Petstock Group’s social media team based on compliance with entry conditions. The decision made by the specified team is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification
   Winners will be contacted privately via direct message on the platform through which they entered the competition. They will not be publicly announced. If a winner does not claim their prize by 9:00 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 17th March 2026, the Petstock Group reserves the right to redraw the prize for that category.

7. Winner Verification
   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to request proof of a participant’s eligibility (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence). The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant: a) fails to verify eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter’s satisfaction; b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; c) submits an entry which in the Promoter’s opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions; d) acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or e) engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes where entrants share receipts or product labels to enter the Promotion or where entrants use multiple names or addresses to register multiple entries. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8. Entry Submission Responsibility
   The Petstock Group accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, incorrectly submitted, late, corrupt, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence. This includes but is not limited to technical, communication and network malfunctions or any other errors such as omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred. Any entries that fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date will also be deemed invalid.

9. Promoter Information
   The Promoter of this competition is PS Equine Pty Ltd. (ABN 98 620 228 588), 121 Lydiard Street North, Ballarat Central, VIC, 3350.

10. Tampering and Fraudulent Activity
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent entry, fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or engages in disruptive, misleading, or damaging behaviour. This includes but is not limited to, multiple entries from the same individual using false details.

11. Promoter’s Rights
    The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition including disqualifying any participant, if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control that compromise the integrity or fairness of the competition.

12. Limitation of Liability
    The Promoter, its affiliates, and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or the use of prizes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

13. Prize Distribution
    The Promoter and its agencies accept no responsibility for delays or damage to prizes in transit.

14. Privacy
    By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter(s) for the purpose of conducting this competition. Collected information may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
