Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEST on 6 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 9 August 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
3. To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period:
   ○ Follow @caribuhorsewear on Instagram;
   ○ Comment on the giveaway post; and
   ○ Complete the entry form provided by Caribu.
4. This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on the entrant's comment, taking into account creativity, originality and overall merit.
5. There will be three (3) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) AUD $150 Caribu online voucher redeemable at the Caribu online store. The total prize pool value is AUD $450.
6. Judging will take place on or after 10 August 2026 by a panel appointed by Caribu.
7. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced in the comments section of the giveaway post.
8. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Caribu reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant judged to be the next best entry.
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
10. By entering this promotion and submitting the entry form, entrants consent to Caribu collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and adding their details to the Caribu email marketing database. Entrants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Caribu and may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting Caribu directly. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Caribu's Privacy Policy.
11. Caribu reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.
12. If the promotion is unable to run as planned for any reason beyond Caribu's reasonable control, Caribu reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Caribu and not to Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from all liability in relation to this promotion.
14. Caribu's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging or outcome of the promotion.
15. To the extent permitted by law, Caribu excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
16. Privacy
    Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Caribu's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, available at https://www.caribu.com.au/pages/terms-of-use. By entering the promotion and completing the entry form, entrants consent to Caribu collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and sending marketing and promotional communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
17. Entry Limit
    Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed invalid at Caribu's discretion.
18. Employee Exclusion
    Employees of Caribu Horse Wear Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
19. Valid Entries
    Entrants must accurately complete all mandatory fields in the entry form. Incomplete, illegible, misleading or inaccurate entries may be deemed invalid.
